The Service is operated and controlled by Nathan Parmentier (doing business as VelyraSTEM), which acts as the data controller for the personal data described below. VelyraSTEM is built for high-school students. We collect only what we need to personalize studying.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), onboarding answers (grade, courses, goals, study preferences), and your study activity (sessions, answers, scores).

How we use it

To personalize recommendations, track your progress, and operate the service. We do not sell personal data or show third-party ads.

Age requirement

Accounts are available only to users aged 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it.

Access and deletion

Your progress is private to your account. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@velyralearning.com.

Security

Data is stored with access controls that restrict each student's records to that student.
